Abstract
The interleukin 23/T helper 17 pathway is involved in the mechanism of many autoimmune and rheumatologic diseases. The inhibition of inflammation by blocking receptors and cytokines in this pathway has become the main target for the development of novel therapeutic agents. Studies on these therapeutic agents are promising. Studies on these therapeutic agents are promising.
